<br />Max brings dedicated Bridge Construction Engineering and Inspection
<br />(CEI) experience, having supported the inspection and quality control
<br />for complex bridge structures, including foundations, substructures,
<br />and superstructures. He has significant experience in the CEI industry,
<br />providing Verification Testing (VT) for asphalt and supporting asphalt
<br />coring, soil testing, and sampling. He is also experienced in Milling and
<br />Resurfacing (M&R), road rehabilitation, and maintenance operations.
<br />Max’s field proficiency extends to concrete coring, testing, and sampling,
<br />as well as earthwork, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), clearing and grubbing,
<br />sediment barrier installation, drainage systems, excavation, guardrail
<br />installation, lighting, signalization, and the application of Signing and
<br />Pavement Markings (S&PMs). He has maintained detailed project logbooks
<br />and ensured compliance with FDOT Standards and Specifications. Max
<br />is proficient in PrC, MAC, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. He holds a
<br />PMI CAPM certification and a U.S.-equivalent B.S. in Civil Engineering.

<br />Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Inspector for this NW 64th
<br />Terrace/NW 74th Place/West Hillsboro Boulevard Intersection Improvements
<br />Project, which involves the construction of new bike lanes, installation of
<br />street lighting, development of a roundabout at the NW 64th Terrace/NW
<br />74th Place/West Hillsboro Boulevard intersection, as well as Milling and
<br />Resurfacing (M&R) the existing roadway, sidewalk enhancements, and ADA
<br />compliance improvements. Max oversees daily construction activities to
<br />ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
<br />He conducts inspections of materials and workmanship, verifying the
<br />proper installation of bike lanes, lighting, and roundabout components.
<br />His responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of inspections,
<br />test results, and any issues encountered during construction. He monitors
<br />project progress, tracks milestones, and reports on any delays or deviations
<br />from the schedule. Ensuring that all sidewalk and ADA improvements meet
<br />current standards and specifications is a critical part of his role.

<br />C-100 Canal.
<br />Inspector for the Snowden Pedestrian Bridge being built just north of
<br />Southwest 174th Street over the Cutler Drain Canal (C-100), replacing an
<br />older bridge with a narrow pedestrian walkway. The new structure will be
<br />12 feet wide to accommodate two-way pedestrian and cyclist traffic. In
<br />addition to the bridge itself, the project includes several enhancements,
<br />such as improved lighting along the trail and bridge, clearer signage and
