He has significant experience in the CEI industry, <br />providing Verification Testing (VT) for asphalt and supporting asphalt <br />coring, soil testing, and sampling. He is also experienced in Milling and <br />Resurfacing (M&R), road rehabilitation, and maintenance operations. <br />Max’s field proficiency extends to concrete coring, testing, and sampling, <br />as well as earthwork, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), clearing and grubbing, <br />sediment barrier installation, drainage systems, excavation, guardrail <br />installation, lighting, signalization, and the application of Signing and <br />Pavement Markings (S&PMs). Max oversees daily construction activities to <br />ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. <br />He conducts inspections of materials and workmanship, verifying the <br />proper installation of bike lanes, lighting, and roundabout components. <br />His responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of inspections, <br />test results, and any issues encountered during construction. He monitors <br />project progress, tracks milestones, and reports on any delays or deviations <br />from the schedule. The new structure will be <br />12 feet wide to accommodate two-way pedestrian and cyclist traffic.
