HBC Engineering Company | 142 <br />utility relocations, extending the left turn lane, and constructing a traffic <br />separator that will close the existing median opening on S.R. 630/U.S. 98 just <br />west of U.S. 27 to improve safety. During construction, CSX will improve the <br />railroad tracks west of U.S. 27. This work requires S.R. 630/U.S. 98 to close <br />completely with traffic detoured for approximately two weeks. <br />Location: Frostproof, FL. Dates: 2024–2025. In addition, Jay coordinated the daily <br />work of subcontractors to avoid conflicts with other work crews, and was responsible for the closing and opening <br />of lanes and/or work areas, per FDOT Standard 600 Index. <br />Location: Southwest Ranches, FL.
