HBC Engineering Company | 36 <br />reviewing and evaluating as-built drawings and maintenance records; <br />and preparing Building Inspection Reports summarizing findings, along <br />with cost estimates for necessary repairs or remediation. HBC managed <br />advanced inspection services, coordinated project schedules, and worked <br />closely with operators across multiple MDC WASD treatment plants, pump <br />stations, and facilities to ensure safe and timely access to inspection sites. <br />The inspections addressed both structural and electrical conditions, <br />identifying deficiencies that required remediation or repairs to determine <br />major capital repairs and replacements anticipated over the next five <br />(5) years. HBC also developed a field inspection notes template used <br />to document findings in a standardized format that complied with <br />the requirements of BCC Resolution No. 229-22. This project was <br />successfully completed on time, resulting in the production of a total of 82 <br />quantity estimates, cost <br />estimating, coordination <br />with operators.
