He led execution of neighborhood flood mitigation programs in <br />tidal and sea level rise vulnerable areas, advancing solutions that improved <br />drainage capacity and system reliability. He integrated pump stations, <br />outfalls, roadway elevation strategies, and conveyance upgrades into <br />comprehensive capital projects, ensuring improvements were strategically <br />prioritized, technically sound, and aligned with regulatory and long-term <br />resilience objectives. <br />Location: City of Miami Beach. He directed technical <br />strategy, evaluating drainage capacity, coastal flooding risk, and long-term <br />resilience investments.
