<br />As Water Resource Design Manager, Adelbert directs the technical analysis for consolidating aging wastewater
<br />treatment plants by redirecting flows to a new regional facility with expanded capacity and process upgrades.
<br />He assesses existing infrastructure and hydraulic capacity, develops conceptual pump station layouts, manages
<br />multidisciplinary coordination, and reviews system modeling to ensure regulatory compliance, long-term
<br />serviceability, and cost-effective implementation.

<br />Adelbert led inspection of existing infrastructure to identify size, location, and condition; prepared the layout of
<br />new water, sewer, and storm drain utilities in conjunction with the facilities master plan; and developed utility
<br />models to size infrastructure. He prepared construction drawings and specifications and conducted construction
<br />inspections, processing contractor payment requests, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and issuing field
<br />orders as needed through project completion.

<br />Adelbert led inspection of existing infrastructure to identify size, location, and condition; directed the layout of
<br />new utility infrastructure in conjunction with the facilities master plan; and developed utility models to size water,
<br />sewer, and storm drain infrastructure. He prepared construction drawings, specifications, and individual site
<br />plans, and conducted construction inspections, processing contractor payment requests, reviewing submittals,
<br />responding to RFIs, and issuing field orders through project completion.

<br />Adelbert directed preparation of a hillside development master plan for 805 housing units on 114 acres, including
<br />master planning of the water, sewer, irrigation, and storm drain infrastructure. He prepared sizing reports for the
<br />utility systems covering use demands, routing, and design criteria, and produced construction plans for bidding
<br />and construction.
