<br />As Water Resources Engineer, Joseph prepares water and gravity sewer
<br />relocation improvements to avoid conflicts within a county utility easement
<br />beneath a proposed pedestrian bridge. His work includes existing-conditions
<br />review, water and sewer design criteria, relocation plans, technical
<br />specifications, and submittal packages.

<br />As Project Engineer, Joseph provided design support for the Design-Build

<br />review comments, and tracked comment resolution to support coordination
<br />between the design and construction teams.
