He earned a Bachelor <br />of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and <br />joined HBC Engineering Company as an Engineer Intern before earning his <br />Professional Engineer registration in the State of Florida. He has delivered <br />signalization and roadway improvements for Miami-Dade County and FDOT, <br />including mast arm replacements, midblock pedestrian crossings, pedestrian <br />signal enhancements, and ADA upgrades. Signalization scope included loop detection replacement and <br />new runs to cabinet, pedestrian signal and detection upgrades, and mast arm <br />improvements for new lane configurations.
