of a new, one mile bridge, and the rehabilitation of a nine -mile segment of existing roadway. The project <br />was built to USACE and FDOT specifications. It also required strict adherence to environmental regulations <br />and included monitoring endangered and protected species. Work was completed within limited right -of- <br />way to minimize environmental impacts. <br />Operations Manager, Inter - county Connector (ICC) Contract B, Maryland State Highway <br />Authority, Baltimore, MD, $560 Million <br />Luke was responsible for oversight of the pre -cast subcontractors and erecting the pre -cast girders on <br />two of the mainline bridges for this project. This project consisted of the design and construction of the <br />construction of approximately 7 miles of new 6 -lane toll road, 20 retaining walls, and 15 bridges totaling <br />over 600,000 SF of deck over environmentally sensitive land.
