As you are aware, the Department let a conventional Design- Bid -Build project to remove, <br />rehabilitate, and reinstall the shear locks on the Dames Point Bridge. Over the course of the project, the <br />team successfully overcame several technical and logistical challenges which arose: coordination with <br />JaxPort, location of post tensioning, and challenging field conditions (i.e. stubborn locks).
