<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Ralph is a registered professional engineer with over twenty five years of
<br />experience, in all aspects of electrical engineering, project management and
<br />design in the building construction industry. His background with engineering
<br />systems encompasses high, medium and low voltage power, normal and
<br />emergency power, lighting, fire alarm, telephone, television, public address,
<br />security, lighting protection, environmental control and building management
<br />for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. Ralph works
<br />as Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager leading the staff of
<br />engineers and designers by conducting design criteria, calculations, system
<br />layouts,coordination, specifications and construction observation. He is an
<br />astute troubleshooter and problem solver with the vision to develop and
<br />implement successful action plans. He has an accomplished track record of
<br />successfully designed and managed projects from programming to
<br />construction phase.

<br />The project consists of a new 2 Story Emergency Operations building.
<br />Approximately 16,000 sq. ft.The building is designed to withstand
<br />category 5 hurricane winds and is at a minimum elevation above Cat 5
<br />hurricane storm surge elevation plus 20%. The building is designed for a
<br />minimum of 72 hours emergency operations with extra redundancy.
<br />Areas included are press rooms, EOC room, dormitories, kitchen, radio
<br />room, security room, and state of the art telecommunications
<br />equipment/Up to 100% CDs/M/E/P/FP/CT
<br />•Pompano Beach New Beach Library, Pompano Beach, FL
<br />The project is to consist of design of a new beach library of
<br />approximately 5,000 sf. The building is located at the intersection of
<br />Riverside Drive and NE 2 d Street in Pompano Beach, Florida. $1.5
<br />million / 4,800 sf / MEP / FP / LEED Administration / CxA / Energy

<br />•University of Miami Alumni Center, Coral Gables, Florida
<br />The project consists of new four-story, alumni center building consisting of
<br />approximately 67,000 gross square feet. The first floor will have public
<br />spaces such as the reception, lobby, multi-purpose room, conference
<br />room, living room, library, lounge and other ancillary and support areas.
<br />The second floor will consist of conference rooms and offices, storage and
<br />support spaces. The third and fourth floors will be unfinished “shell”
<br />space/LEED Gold Certified/$10 million/MEP/FP/LEED
<br />•YMCA South Dade Branch, Miami, Florida
<br />The project is to consist of a new building to include administrative offices,
<br />a youth / community center, wellness venues, an outdoor aquatic center
<br />with a pool having 3,200 sq. ft of surface area, locker rooms and ancillary
<br />spaces such as mechanical and electrical rooms. There will also be an
<br />exterior play yard and basketball courts. The total area of building
<br />construction will be approximately 35,328 sq. ft./$7.3 million/MEP/FP
