During the <br />planning and design phase we worked closely with the City of Miami and Mayor, Manny Diaz, <br />as the project would serve as the benchmark for the future city of Miami projects which now <br />require U.S.G.B.C. certification. Our project received a U.S.G.B.C. rating of "Gold ". The <br />approximate cost of construction was $2,000,000.00 <br />25.
