Joining our team for this facility is PSP Architects of <br />Dallas, Texas serving as Design Architects. The scope of services includes Programming, Master Planning, Schematic <br />Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Cost Evaluation, Construction Administration, <br />Board of Rules and Appeals Issues and Participation in Governmental Agency procedures on behalf of the Owner. <br />THE GEORGIAN LOBBIES RENOVATION, SOUTH BEACH CONDOMINIUM BUILDING, Miami Beach, Florida <br />Prior to joining ACAI, Ms. Martinez worked closely with the Lead Designer on creating Design Development concepts for <br />this condominum facility. Her duties included selection of finishes and materials, preparation of construction documents <br />and 3D visualization renderings. <br />RENAISSANCE ONTHEOCEAN LOBBIESANDAMENITIESAREAST RENOVATION CONCEPT, Dania Beach, FL <br />Prior to joining ACAI, Ms. Martinez worked closely with the Lead Designer on creating Design Development concepts <br />for this condominum complex.
