<br />MUNICIPAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Flamingo Park Master Plan and Tennis Center, Miami
<br />Beach, FL New master plan for the 36-acre park and a
<br />new 5,000 SF tennis center for the historic park. The new
<br />tennis center will have 17 hydro grid courts, a new re-
<br />stroom building, new handball courts, new tot lot, a new
<br />water feature at the center of the park, and new lighting,
<br />fencing, landscaping and shade trees along pedestrian
<br />promenades.
<br />City of Doral Public Works Facility, Doral, FL New ve-
<br />hicle maintenance and public works facility for the City
<br />of Doral. The two story facility is approximately 31,527
<br />SF including a vehicle wash and fueling facility to accom-
<br />modate six municipal trolleys and approximately 120 city
<br />owned vehicles. Administrative offices includes about
<br />12,286 SF of offices, storage, break rooms, distribution
<br />center, and other support areas. The vehicle maintenance
<br />wing has garage services bays for trolleys, city owned ve-
<br />hicles, and a bay for tire storage and repair.
<br />City of Miami Virrick Park Pool, Miami, FL Scope in-
<br />cludes demolition and construction of a new pool building
<br />facility within the existing footprint. Building includes ad-
<br />ministration, bath house, concession stand, smaller pool
<br />and a splash playground.
<br />City of Miami Parks and Recreation, Miami, FL WA per -
<br />formed improvements and upgrades to 17 parks through-
<br />out the City. The scope of work included site adaptation,
<br />master planning, and other site related services for ath-
<br />letic facilities and park design of football, soccer, baseball
<br />and softball fields, sports lighting, including bleachers,
<br />dug-outs, batting cages, sport lighting and field events
<br />such as high jump and pole vault etc.
<br />City of Miami Hadley Park Youth Center, Miami, FL
<br />A new community youth center located in Charles Had-
<br />ley Park for the City of Miami. The project will consist of
<br />classroom spaces, meeting rooms, administrative offices,
<br />computer lab, basketball gymnasium for 2,500 people
<br />and weight room. The project is seeking LEED Silver Ac-
<br />creditation from the USGBC.
<br />South Miami Heights Maintenance Facility, South
<br />Miami, FL A/E design services for the development of a
<br />new Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Mainte-
<br />nance. The facility to be built on a 17.5 acre site consists
<br />of approximately 126,000 SF of new construction encom-
<br />passing administration offices, maintenance shops, ware-
<br />house and storage areas and a maintenance garage.
<br />City of Miami Beach Property Management Facility,
<br />Miami Beach, FL New property management facility to
<br />included administrative offices, workshops, inventory
<br />warehouse, oversized vehicle parking, hazardous mate-
<br />rial storage, loading area and an emergency generator.
<br />City of Miami Fire Station #13, Miami, FL New 11,000
<br />SF facility will be the first LEED Silver Fire Station in
<br />South Florida serving the Northern Boundary of the City
<br />of Miami. This Emergency Facility has been design above
<br />current Codes and able to resist the winds of a Category
<br />5 Hurricane and has a back-up power system able to run
<br />non-stop for 7 days without power in-case of a natural
<br />disaster. This project is currently of for Bid.
