At <br />the time of the meeting the vendor will be required to present a written corrective action plan to <br />address the City’s concern and how they plan to correct the issue within 48 hours of the meeting. <br />The third violation for the same issue shall result in a penalty of $200.00 each time the same <br />problem reoccurs.
