He has managed <br />and supervised a wide range of proj- <br />ects that include jobs in the education- <br />al, municipal, multi-Story residential, <br />healthcare and aviation market sectors. <br />For MCM he serves as the Director of <br />General Construction, overseeing all building operations <br />in the Florida market. For the Government Center An- <br />nex at Collins Avenue Project, Mr. Fernandez will pro- <br />vide overall management, direction and administration, <br />including serving as a liaison to the College. Mr. <br />Munilla’s duties for the Govern- <br />ment Center Annex at Collins <br />Avenue Project includes guaranteeing owner sat- <br />isfaction, establishing the safety and quality cul- <br />ture for the team, and ensuring successful project <br />completion.
