<br />Armando Perez has over 41 years of comprehensive experience in Building
<br />Construction projects in the Municipal, Commercial, Aviation, Educational, and
<br />Residential market sectors. He is a graduate of Florida International University and is
<br />a licensed Professional Engineer. Armando is also a State of Florida Certified Uniform
<br />Building Code Inspector, General Contractor and a LEED accredited professional.

<br />MIRAMAR READINESS CENTER, Miramar, FL
<br />Cost: $19.9 M | Delivery Method: CM At-Risk
<br />Scope of Work: This project consists of building a new 102,000 SF Readiness Center
<br />Facility to support the training and readiness of the local Army National Guard units
<br />serving the region. Located on a 30 acre site within the city of Miramar in Southwest
<br />Broward County, the Readiness Center will also include a 456 Privately Owned
<br />Vehicles (POV) parking area, a 125,000 SF Military Owned Vehicles (MOV) parking
<br />area, storm water retention areas, and other site improvements. The Project has
<br />been registered with the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) to achieve a LEED
<br />Silver rating.
<br />HOMESTEAD CITY HALL, Homestead, FL
<br />Cost: $25.5 M | Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build
<br />Scope of Work: The project consist of building an 84,000 SF, 3-story City Hall , including
<br />Council Chambers with fixed-seating for over 250 people; Emergency Operations
<br />Command Center; Offices for the Mayor, City Manager, and Council Members;
<br />New Building Department, Public Works Department, and other administrative and
<br />government support spaces; site utility work, including the construction of over 2,500
<br />LF of 15” to 24” HDPE drainage pipe; a 140,000 SF exterior concrete plaza; 3,000
<br />SF exterior structural arcade; misc. Hardscapes and landscaping.
<br />10TH ST. AUDITORIUM & BEACH PATROL HEADQUARTERS, Miami Beach, FL
<br />Cost: $6.6 M | Delivery Method: CM At-Risk
<br />Scope of Work: This project consists of the partial restoration, renovation and addition
<br />to existing two-story Auditorium/Beach Patrol Headquarters facility, improvements to
<br />accessibility, life safety and partial site improvements included.
<br />NORMAN S. EDELCUP SUNNY ISLES BEACH K-8, Sunny Isles Beach, FL
<br />Cost: $28.5 M | Delivery Method: CM At-Risk
<br />Scope of Work: Construction Management at Risk of a new Multi-story K-8 Facility
<br />designed to house 1,642 student stations on 2.1 acres in the City of Sunny Isles. The
<br />school is organized on a “School-within-a-School” concept and totals approximately
<br />145,000 gross square feet, including a 4 story classroom building. Additionally, a
<br />separate 3 story parking garage was also built.
<br />MIAMI SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, Miami, FL
<br />Cost: $54.4 M | Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build
<br />Scope of Work: This project included comprehensive improvements to all building
<br />systems and interior finishes; the construction, tie-in, testing and commissioning of
<br />a new Central Energy Plant; the construction of three (3) new classroom buildings;
<br />significant low voltage/data system upgrades; major landscaping improvements;
<br />and a total retrofit and upgrade of both the auditorium and gymnasium. Pedestrian
<br />traffic was re-routed dozens of times, without a single safety incident involving
<br />students, faculty, staff, or visitors to the campus. The campus underwent numerous
<br />improvements, including upgrades to the courtyard spaces, comprehensive
<br />landscaping upgrades, and improvements to both athletic fields and parks.
