Already <br />the largest meeting hotel at Universal Orlando <br />the expansion greatly increases its meeting <br />and event space from 85,000 square feet to <br />more than 140,000 square feet. Inspired by <br />the beauty of the South Pacific, the expanded <br />areas will seamlessly connect to the existing <br />meeting space. Planners will benefit from <br />flawless execution with a local flavor that <br />is the calling card of all meetings at Loews <br />Hotels. The new space features a 80,000 <br />SF ballroom addition to an existing venue, <br />built by Hensel Phelps in 2002. The new theatres each <br />consist of 1,460 seats spread across 14 <br />luxury theatres and provides two different <br />theatre concepts for movie goers. The first is <br />a more traditional theatre experience with an <br />upscale twist. Providng 1,100 non-reclining <br />leather seats that are wider than traditional <br />movie seats, customers will be able to access <br />food and beverage series prior to entering <br />the theatre. The second concept provides <br />patrons with a “VIP Luxury” experience.
