The funnel below illustrates these <br />key steps and how they directly relate to <br />the production of a high quality project for <br />Sunny Isles. <br />Procedures for continual improvement <br />include addressing opportunities to: <br />• Raise performance to improve <br />effectiveness of the quality assurance <br />system <br />• Eliminate the cause of non-conformities <br />to prevent recurrence <br />• Eliminate the cause of potential non- <br />conformities to prevent occurrence <br />Through our continual improvement process, <br />we ensure that the need for improvement, <br />corrective, and/or preventive actions is <br />evaluated promptly when a non-conformity <br />or client complaint is identified. If action is <br />required, we resolve the practice(s) that <br />have caused or may cause future errors. The <br />Team will implement the following Six-Step <br />Quality Control Process: <br />Step One - Purchasing Meeting. This <br />is where we purchase the level of quality <br />expected by defining each subcontractor’s <br />quality control responsibilities and agreeing <br />to the actions that will be taken to achieve <br />the desired results. This occurs prior to <br />awarding the subcontract, so that once <br />agreed upon we can progress forward with a <br />collaborative attitude. <br />Step Two - Pre-Mobilization Meeting. This <br />meeting is to evaluate the subcontractor’s <br />understanding of the work and reiterate their <br />quality control obligations. This meeting is <br />generally held 1-2 months prior to the to <br />review the status of the design (as it relates <br />to the scope), the submittal requirements,
