Furthermore, all concealed and buried installations of <br />piping, conduit and utility services will also be reflected in a <br />neat legible manner. <br />The progress of the work will be recorded by Skanska each <br />day the project is in operation through Daily Reports. Such <br />reports shall address daily activities, manpower records, <br />weather, delays and major decisions. The daily reports shall <br />be available to City of Sunny Isles Beach, Perkins + Will and <br />any permitting authority inspector. <br />Throughout every phase, technology will be utilized to <br />enhance every aspect of the project, eliminate conflicts and <br />resolve building system clashes: <br /> •Microsoft SharePoint, a web application for content <br />and document management will be utilized to <br />communicate information to City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Perkins + Will design consultants and all <br />stakeholders. <br /> •Prolog software will allow access to contract <br />administration and cost reports through a variety of <br />interfaces and devices. <br /> •Revit as Computer Aided Design (CAD) will allow <br />Skanska to input building lifecycle information, <br />generated by the design consultants from concept to <br />construction to commissioning. <br /> •Autodesk Navisworks (Freedom, Manage and <br />Simulate) applications will allow Skanska and its <br />We will work collaboratively <br />with City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Perkins + Will and <br />subcontractors to develop a <br />quality assurance management <br />plan.
