Quality Control (quality services) — <br /> Project efforts can be ineffective and time consuming if <br /> accomplished incorrectly. Our proactive philosophy <br /> emphasizes the early resolution of project issues. An on-going <br /> quality control process goes a long way identifying these key h E <br /> issues early. RJ Behar will ensure the quality of its product. _ <br /> We strongly believe that we are solely accountable for the m '- - <br /> delivered product, including the quality of our sub- consultants' •` <br /> product. A synopsis of our quality program is outlined below. <br /> 1.
