ABILITY TO MEET TIMELINES AND DEADLINES We believe that the successful completion of a project is highly dependent on the experience of the staff assigned to the project. RJ Behar will commit the personnel necessary and monitor project progress to meet schedules. As previously stated, RJ Behar has the commitment of completing every contracted project to the satisfaction of the client. Our management spreadsheets assist us for control of each project and we discuss each project in our project management weekly meetings. At these meetings, we go over all the items that need to be completed, the budget, and the staff needed to complete each item. Our company President who will also serve as Principal-In-Charge in this contract presides over these meetings to insure each project and task is allocated the necessary resources. The R.J. Behar team has the ability to respond to numerous projects quickly and has extensive experience in civil and environmental projects. R.J. Behar has performed services similar to the ones requested in this solicitation for several of our clients. Responsiveness is the key to the success of these contracts. We have performed and are currently performing multi-task contracts for many of our clients. The R.J. Behar team is capable of accomplishing the work in the required time and has the capacity to start ® any assignment immediately after notice to proceed. We just recently completed hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and plans for the 1-595 Improvement project. The project is a 1.2 billion dollar Public-Private-Partnership. The project was divided in ten segments. The design for each segment would normally be scheduled over a 3 year design period. We completed 95% of the work in a span of nine months, mostly working concurrently and had to coordinate design tasks with five major roadway designers located in offices in five different states and more than ten offices, and many other specialty consultants. At this time we are only working on post design services. All of our subconsultant team members will be available to augment our capabilities in order to meet schedules and match expertise to the work order requirements. The R.J. Behar's team objective is to provide the City of Sunny Isles with high quality, timely professional services in support of its work program. R.J. Behar is committed to be an extension of your staff and to °tailor fit" our services to provide specifically what the City desires. Our project manager will provide direction and be responsible to the City for the quality and timeliness of the work, whether it is provided by R.J. Behar or by our specialty subconsultants. The R.J. Behar team pledges to be responsive and flexible in meeting the City's requirements and schedules, as well as committing all of our resources to achieve this goal. We have assembled a comprehensive team of experts who will be available to provide any service, from planning and design to 40 construction inspection.
