His experience includes design of stormwater management, <br /> treatment system design and permitting for public sector projects. Mr. Boyer serves as the Director of the <br /> Water Resources Department at RJ Behar. He has managed numerous water resources engineering <br /> projects throughout South Florida. <br /> In addition RJ Behar staff includes 6 more Drainage Engineers that will be available for this contract. <br /> Please refer to the Organization Chart and the Resumes of these individuals for more detail of their <br /> experience. <br /> Since its inception in 1999, RJ Behar has completed hundreds of drainage design jobs in Miami-Dade <br /> County.
