He provided reviewed shop drawings, assessed change orders, examined completed work and responded <br /> to request for information. <br /> EXPERT WITNESS <br /> 14140 Appalachian Trail vs HOA-Tucker&Tighe, P.A. <br /> The scope of this project was to provide research, findings report and expert testimony at depositions regarding drainage <br /> impacts by homeowner's construction. <br /> Canal C-4 Expert Witness—South Florida Water Management District(SFWMD) <br /> The extent of this project was to provide research, final engineering reports, expert testimony at hearings, depositions, trial <br /> and post trial supplemental hearings regarding the C-4 Basin Flood Mitigation Project, in Miami-Dade County. This included <br /> rebuttal testimony as to engineering and expert testimony related to engineering fees and costs incurred by owners of <br /> properties,who were the subject of District 6's acquisition in Miami-Dade County. <br /> Serralles Industrial Park—Ponce, Puerto Rico <br /> Mr. Vazquez provided expert witness testimony in a court case between Serralles Park and the Puerto Rican Port Authority <br /> regarding damages due to flooding. The case was settled in favor of Serralles Park. The expert witness work included, <br /> providing research, hydrologic-hydraulic reports, and testimonial interviews by a Court designated mediator.
