ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING/UTILITY DESIGN/PD&E'S Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for SR-8741Don Shula Expressway Ramp Connector to SW 136'"Street— MDX(Metric Engineering, Inc) Principal in Charge for the required traffic engineering analysis and the development of major documents, such as the Interchange Modification Report and the Design Traffic Technical Memorandum. The study consists of the preparation of the PD&E traffic report, for the SR-874/Don Shula Expressway Ramp Connector to SW 136t Street. The study assesses existing and future traffic operations of the interchange,given a No-Build scenario, and up to four Build scenarios. Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for SR-80 (Southern Boulevard) Improvements, Palm Beach County, Florida—FDOT, District 4(C3TS) Principal in Charge for the Preparation of the Contamination Screening Report and Access Management Report. A Contamination Screening Evaluation Report was conducted to determine potential adverse effects associated with the widening of SR-80 in accordance with the FDOT Project Development and Environment(PD&E) Manual Volume 2, Chapter 22. The report identifies and evaluates the presence of known or potential contamination, presents recommendations, and discusses possible impacts to the proposed project Contamination Screening Evaluation Report.
