ROBERT J. BEHAR, PE Davie Road Beautification Streetscape Project—Town of Davie, Florida Principal in Charge for the Downtown Davie streetscape beautification design/build project. The project consisted of street resurfacing, new lighting sidewalk replacement. Town of Davie Local Agency Program(LAP)Certification—Town of Davie, Florida Principal in Charge—RJ Behar assisted the Town of Davie in obtaining FDOT certification for Local Agency Program (LAP) funding of town capital projects. NW 440 Street—City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida Project Manager—The project included the design and construction management of new construction for approximately 0.5 mile. The scope of services included drainage plans, marking and signing plans and lighting plans. NW/NE 13th Streetscape—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Project Manager - Master Plan and Public Involvement for a 2.1 mile roadway, in Fort Lauderdale including resurfacing plans,marking and signing plans, landscape plans and roundabout design. NE 15th Avenue Streetscape—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Project Manager — The project included master plan and public Involvement for a 1.0 mile roadway, in Fort Lauderdale. Resurfacing plans, marking and signing plans, landscape plans. Citywide Resurfacing Project—City of Tamarac, Florida Services include roadway and landscape plans for 19 miles of City streets throughout the City of Tamarac. Palm Avenue Final Design (From Okeechobee Road to 21st Street)—City of Hialeah, Florida Project Manager/Engineer of Record — The project included streetscape roadway plans, marking and signing plans, roundabout design, and signalization plans for 6 intersections. The project consisted of converting Palm Avenue from a one way to a two way street. East 1st Avenue to E. 2nd Avenue Between E. 16th& E. 20th Street- Design Study—City of Hialeah, Florida Project Manager/Engineer of Record for roadway plans,signalization plans, utility relocation plans as well as the design and drafting of signing and marking plans, traffic study, and lighting plans including lighting calculations for the reconstruction of East 1st Avenue from 1-way to a 2-way street in the City of Hialeah. The project also included neighborhood street improvement, new pavement and drainage and new sidewalks. ® West 290 Street Improvements—City of Hialeah, Florida- LAP/ARRA Project Project Manager/Principal in Charge to provide roadway improvements on West 29th Street from West Okeechobee Road to West 4th Avenue within the City of Hialeah. The scope of this project consisted of sidewalk,curb and gutter replacement and patching,driveway replacement and patching, manhole and inlet cleaning, inlets and valve box adjustments, replacement of inlet tops, removal and installation of single post signs. This project was part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which was supported by federal funds. One of the challenges on this project was to prepare roadway plans which would improve the roadway corridor while minimizing the federal funds the City would have to use. The project consisted of extensive field work in order to locate roadway deficiencies.ADA improvements, curb, driveway and sidewalk repairs, utility locations and roadway repairs were some of the aspects documented for this project. Review of Roundabout Design for SW 61st Avenue and SW 38th Court—Town of Davie, Florida Principal in Charge — RJ Behar was contracted by the Town of Davie to provide traffic engineering services. Under this contract we were asked to evaluate the existing geometry of the roundabout at the intersection of SW 61st Avenue and SW 38ih Court. SE 15th Street, South Miami Road, SE 10th Avenue Intersection Improvements—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Principal in Charge — RJ Behar has been contacted by the City of Fort Lauderdale to provide engineering design services for the intersection improvements of SE 15th Street with Miami Road and SE 10th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT/STORMWATER MANAGEMENT/STORMWATER MASTER PLANS EXPERIENCE Driftwood Neighborhood Street and Drainage Improvements—Town of Davie, Florida Principal in Charge-The project consisted of site improvements and drainage improvements. Stormwater Master Plan—City of Hialeah, Florida Project Manager for the City's stormwater master plan- He coordinated with SFWMD, City of Hialeah and client. Bucky Dent Park Drainage Analysis and Design—City of Hialeah, Florida Project Manager - The services included an alternatives analysis report to resolve the park's drainage problems.
