The structural modifications required that the <br /> existing foundations be reinforced for the additional loads. <br /> Structural Inspection of Monorail System—Miami Metro Zoo, Florida <br /> Engineer of Record for structural evaluation and report. <br /> CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br /> NE 33rd Avenue Construction Management—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br /> Principal in Charge for the reconstruction and improvements of the NW 33rd Avenue Neighborhood, from NW 19th Street to <br /> NW 29th Street, which includes: main water line replacement, drainage improvements, lighting improvements and roadway <br /> rehabilitation. <br /> Riverwalk South Regional Park Resident Project Representative—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br /> "City of Fort Lauderdale Community Appearance Award—May 8th 2008" <br /> Project Manager for the reconstruction and improvements of a portion of Riverwalk Regional Park between SE 3rd Avenue <br /> and Andrews Avenue, which includes: new fire line, new vacuum sewer line, replace overhead utilities to underground, <br /> install 14 new marine power station and evacuation pedestals, replace existing two way road with one way pavers road, <br /> coordinate seawall repair, new tropical landscaping and new lighting system. <br /> Construction Management Oversight—City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida <br /> ® Principal in Charge for the construction of"The Island", a veteran's memorial park located at the intersection of SR-7 and <br /> SW 36th/37th Street. RJ Behar advised the City of Lauderdale Lakes during construction and worked with the City to close <br /> out the project. Also, RJ Behar helped the City to obtain FDOT certification for Local Agency Program(LAP)funding for this <br /> project as well as other of their capital improvement projects before construction. <br /> TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC STUDIES/TRAFFIC OPERATIONS <br /> NW 44th Street Traffic Study—City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida <br /> He prepared traffic study for the design of NW 44th Street roadway improvements from East of State Road 7th within the City <br /> of Lauderdale Lakes. The study included traffic projections warrant analysis and an arterial progressive analysis. <br /> Pembroke Road Traffic Study— Broward County Engineering <br /> Principal in Charge — He prepared traffic study to warrant 3 signals on Pembroke Road, including warrant analysis and <br /> traffic projections. <br /> Wal-Mart-Traffic Study—Town of Davie, Florida <br /> Principal in Charge—Reviewed traffic study for a new Wal-Mart store proposed in the Town of Davie. <br /> FIU Traffic Study— Miami-Dade County Public Works <br /> Engineer of Record for the traffic study to improve congestion in the vicinity of FIU. <br /> Palm Avenue Traffic Study—City of Hialeah, Florida <br /> Project Manager/Principal in Charge —Reviewed traffic study, roadway plans, signalization plans, utility relocation plans as <br /> well as the design and drafting of signing and marking plans and lighting plans including lighting calculations for the <br /> reconstruction of Palm Ave.from 1-way to a 2-way street in the City of Hialeah. <br /> NW 107th Avenue Feasibility Study—Miami•Dade County, Florida <br /> Principal in Charge—Feasibility Study of corridor extension including traffic operations plan, analysis of level of service and <br /> potential traffic signal operations, tum movements, and signal timings for numerous intersections.
