JAVIER RODRIGUEZ, PE Sunrise Athletic Complex, Additional Parking—City of Sunrise, Florida Project Manager/Engineer of Record—He was in charge of providing engineering design services for the addition of parking ® spaces at the Sunrise Athletic Complex within the City of Sunrise. BC & FAU A. Hugh Adams Parking Garage— Davie, Florida Design Engineer— The scope of this project consisted of civil engineering services for the design-build team for a five story 1,000 vehicle parking garage located in the Broward College Davie campus. BCIFAU Parking Garage Expansion, Davie, Florida— Broward College Project Manager — Responsible for the design, permitting and construction administration services. The scope of the project includes drainage, parking and utility improvements for a new parking addition to Broward College's campus. Project length: Not applicable. BC Central Campus Building#5 Stair Repairs— Davie, Florida Project Manager—Responsible for providing engineering design services for the reconstruction of a two-story staircase, on the east side of the existing Building#5 located within the Central Campus in Davie, Florida. BC Central Campus Building#6—Davie, Florida Design Engineer— The scope of this project consisted of civil engineering services for the addition of Building #6 at BC, including demolition, paving,grading and drainage, permitting and utility coordination. EPD(Environmental Protection Department) Laboratory Green Building—Broward County Engineering Project Manager—The scope of this project included drainage design, signage, permitting and utility coordination. Fleet Maintenance Facility—Miami-Dade County, Florida Project Manager — He was responsible for preparing the civil engineering and structural plans for the Fleet Maintenance Facility. Services included contract document, permits, and utility coordination. Knight Ridder Engineer of Record—He was responsible for all aspects of design and the plans preparation. Performing Arts Center Engineer of Record—He was responsible for all aspects of design and the plans preparation. PARK/RECREATIONAL FACILITIES EXPERIENCE Welleby Park Expansion—City of Sunrise, Florida Project Manager in charge of the coordination with the City of Sunrise for the location and design of the concrete pads for the"LifeTrail"ADA accessible wellness/exercise stations. Wolk Park Lake Improvements—City of Lauderhill, Florida Project Manager— The scope of this project consisted of lighting improvements for the park's fitness trail and construction inspections of same. Westwind Park Improvements—City of Lauderhill, Florida Project Manager — The scope of this project consisted of lighting improvements for the park's fitness trail and design of exercise equipment pads along the trail as well as construction inspections of same. Multi-Use Trail—City of Plantation, Florida Project Manager/Engineer of Record — The scope was for approximately 2 miles of a pedestrian/bicycle facility including trail heads and rest stops. Engineer of Record and Project Manager for the following parks: • Flamingo Park—City of Miami Beach, Florida • Normandy Park—City of Miami Beach, Florida • Amelia Earhart Park—Opa-Locka, Florida • Westside Park—City of Deerfield Beach, Florida • McKeithen Park—City of Deerfield Beach, Florida • Master Plan for Athletic Complex at Hallandale H.S.
