CGA will <br /> meet with City Staff review all comments and obtain direction for further development to be <br /> ® reflected in 60% plans. <br /> Task 3 - Design Development and 60% Plans <br /> ® 3.1 Design Development <br /> 0 Using the reviewed 30% Plans as a basis coupled with city-issued directives, the CGA team will <br /> ® further develop the design to incorporate all modifications requested and modify all plans <br /> ® accordingly. Additionally, CGA staff will further the detailing of all components to the project. <br /> Inherent in the development of the 60% construction plans, the CGA team will conduct a thorough <br /> "Constructability Analysis" of all project elements through our Quality Assurance Program to ensure <br /> ® that construction issues and design conflicts are addressed proactively. <br /> ® 3.2 Preliminary Technical Specifications <br /> ® The CGA Team will develop preliminary Technical Specifications to reflect construction and <br /> ® installation specifications for all planned components. <br /> ® 3.3 Refined Opinion of Cost Estimate <br /> ® The CGA Team will prepare a refined Opinion of Cost Estimate to gauge all construction elements <br /> modifications to ensure that all elements can be implemented within the established $1 million <br /> ® construction budget. <br /> ® 3.4 City Review 60% <br /> 0 CGA will submit a complete set of all 60% plans to City Staff for review and comment. CGA will <br /> ® meet with City Staff review all comments and obtain direction for further development to be <br /> ® reflected in 90%plans. <br /> ® Task 4- Detailing Refinement and 90% Plans <br /> 4.1 Detailing Refinement <br /> ® Using the reviewed 60% Plans as a basis coupled with City-issued directives, the CGA team will <br /> modify any design detailing to incorporate minor modifications requested and ensure that those <br /> ® changes are reflected in all applicable plans. The 90% construction plans will again be filtered <br /> though a follow-up"Constructability Analysis" of all project elements through our Quality Assurance <br /> ® Program. <br /> 4.2 Revised Technical Specifications <br /> ® The CGA Team will develop revised Technical Specifications to reflect construction and installation <br /> specifications for all planned components. <br /> 4.3 Refined Opinion of Cost Estimate <br /> ® The CGA Team will refine the Opinion of Cost Estimate to reflect any 90%-level modifications to <br /> ® ensure that all elements can be implemented within the established $1 million construction budget. <br /> ® 4.4 City Review 90% <br /> ® CGA will submit a complete set of all 90% plans to City Staff for review and comment.
