The City will be <br /> ® responsible for all permit application fees. <br /> 0 5.2 Agency Comments and Revisions <br /> O CGA will meet with the City and address any comments needed to obtain approvals from the <br /> ® reviewing agencies. <br /> O Task 6 - 100%Construction Plans and Bidding Documents <br /> ® After securing all necessary permits, the CGA team will finalize all plans and issue the necessary copies of <br /> O signed and sealed sets for City records. CGA will also provide the City with necessary Bidding Documents, <br /> including: <br /> ® • Bid Tabs for contractor bid tabulation <br /> • Technical Specifications in PDF format <br /> ® • Approved 100% plans in PDF format <br /> ® <br /> Additionally, CGA will provide assistance in preparing any close-out documents necessary to fulfill any <br /> applicable grants or funding requirements. <br /> 011/ <br /> ® QUALITY ASSURANCE AND PRODUCT DELIVERY <br /> Our in-house processes of Quality Assurance and Product Delivery guarantee a seat at the table and a voice <br /> ® for all affecting issues to be disclosed, designed and resolved by all parties working collaboratively on a <br /> ® project. Under the leadership of a designer, considerations extraneous to the project boundaries will be <br /> ® overlaid and resolved as integrated and important components of the resolution of the project. This is <br /> particularly critical because of the large amount of residential uses in the area, which bring to the forefront <br /> ® concern for safety and security. Additionally, providing the necessary aesthetic improvements in the form <br /> ® of branding and character design, affecting furnishings and seeking opportunities for traffic calming and <br /> ® urban forestry,will contribute towards increasing the overall quality of life standards of the area. <br /> ® The staff at Calvin, Giordano & Associates has vast experience conceiving design solutions and following <br /> ® them through design development and into construction. CGA's employees hold registrations and <br /> certifications in professional services of their disciplines, and many of our selected staff have a cross- <br /> ® discipline educational background to support our mission of providing complete and thoroughly <br /> ® articulated projects.
