Niles has worked extensively in both the public and private side of environmental permitting, giving him, and DMC, the knowledge and experience to work within governmental framework and perform any ecological permitting. As a knowledgeable construction inspector he has the in field experience that will result in a successful project for both client and contractor. A third generation Floridian, Niles understands the delicate balance of responsible development and environmental protection. He has experience in conducting both water and upland environmental and species assessments.
