In • charge of the review and processing of building plans to assure compliance with the South Florida • Building Code prior to issuance of building permits. • Miami-Dade County Public Works Assistant Director—Responsible for the management,planning and • contract administration of all engineering and construction associated with transit capital projects. • • Miami-Dade County Manager of Design and Engineering—Directed a multi-discipline in-house staff of • architecture and engineering design consultants involved in the final engineering activities for all work associated with the Metrorail project and Metrobus bus maintenance toadies.
