In <br /> • charge of the review and processing of building plans to assure compliance with the South Florida <br /> • Building Code prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> • <br /> Miami-Dade County Public Works Assistant Director—Responsible for the management,planning and <br /> • contract administration of all engineering and construction associated with transit capital projects. <br /> • <br /> • Miami-Dade County Manager of Design and Engineering—Directed a multi-discipline in-house staff of <br /> • architecture and engineering design consultants involved in the final engineering activities for all work <br /> associated with the Metrorail project and Metrobus bus maintenance toadies.
