<br /> Dr. Danek, with over 38 years experience in environmental consulting, is the proposed principal-in-
<br /> charge. Dr. Danek is currently managing several projects that require expertise in the requested
<br /> technical areas, including a major brownfield remediation project (>$25,000,000) in Gainesville, Florida
<br /> As principal-in-charge, Dr. Danek will be responsible for:
<br /> • Assisting in contract negotiations.
<br /> • Frequent communications with the project manager.
<br /> • Providing proper staffing to meet project requirements.
<br /> • Ensuring staff performs up to expectations.
<br /> • Ensuring staff have proper training.
<br /> • Ensuring staff are provided with sufficient resources.
<br /> • Implementation of QAPP.
<br /> • Client satisfaction.
<br /> TASK MANAGER/CIVIL ENGINEERING—LELAND SMITH, P.E. DWRE.
<br /> Mr. Smith, a professional engineer with over 21 years experience, will serve as a task manager under
<br /> this project. He is experienced in the design of large drainage networks and stormwater management
<br /> facilities. Mr. Smith also has several years experience using ICPR to analyze new drainage network
<br /> designs and existing drainage infrastructure to identify likely flood-prone areas and evaluate potential
<br /> remedies. His current and recent clients for stormwater engineering services include: Leon County, Flor-
<br /> ida; Baltimore Gas & Electric; City of Carrabelle, Florida; and the Northwest Florida Water Management
<br /> District, as well as private industry and land development clients.
<br /> TASK MANAGER/ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING—BARRY D. WESTMARK, P.E.
<br /> Mr. Westmark, a registered P.E. with approximately 27 years experience in environmental engineering,
<br /> chemistry, air engineering, and environmental sampling, will be assistant project manager to
<br /> Mr. Lefebvre. Mr. Westmark's previous experience includes air quality (source, ambient, indoor, Title V
<br /> permitting), Phase I/II ESAs, remediation, permitting, hazardous waste, environmental sampling (soil,
<br /> water, wastewater), grant writing, and many other areas. Mr. Westmark has provided these services for
<br /> clients including Broward County, City of Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, SFWMD, Miami-Dade
<br /> County, Ryder, and many others.
<br /> TASK MANAGER/ LEED AP—F.J. "PACO" AMRAM, P.E., LEED AP
<br /> Mr. Amram, one of ECT's LEED AP-certified P.E.s, has over 24 years experience in providing engineer-
<br /> ing and consulting services. Mr. Amram's experience includes contamination assessments, develop-
<br /> ment of remediation plans, remedial design, remediation implementation, and energy-related projects
<br /> requiring LEED accreditation. Mr. Amram will be the task manager and lead engineer for any projects
<br /> requiring carbon footprint audits.
