TCE, and other chlorinated hydrocarbons. Remediation was complet- <br /> ed at the facility in Fort Myers. Design included installation <br /> of 25 biosparge wells and 23 bioinjection wells to remediate petroleum impacts <br /> through biological digestion. <br /> Project Manager/Project Engineer; Petroleum Remediation Design and <br /> Implementation, FDEP Free Product Removal Initiative Program— <br /> Responsible for implementing a source removal plan to remove an estimated <br /> ' 7.000 cubic yards of overburden, excavate and dispose of 3.500 tons of petrole- <br /> um saturated soil, supervise restoration which include the replacement of 200 <br /> feet of public residential roadway/sidewalk. <br /> Task Manager; Site Certification Application (SCA), Panda Energy In- <br /> ternational, Inc.—Completed geohydrological task to confirm groundwater <br /> impacts: prepared consumptive use permit application in accordance with <br /> SFWMD requirements to complete the SCA for a proposed 1.000-MW power <br /> plant in Fort Pierce. Florida. <br /> Project Engineer; Process Engineering Ecolochem—Performed research <br /> and development for formulation of chemical products to prevent scale for- <br /> mation on reverse osmosis membranes in Florida. Hardness balances were per- <br /> formed on makeup water, process water, and reject water to evaluate the effec- <br /> tiveness of formulations. Products were used commercially in product line for <br /> various membrane clients. <br /> Project Engineer; Sam's Recycling Auto Salvage Yard—Prepared the RAP <br /> for remediation of one of the largest auto salvage yards in Florida. located in <br /> Pompano Beach This case remains as one the highest profile cases in Broward <br /> County. Provided expert witness testimony regarding remediation costs for the <br /> project and best management practices for the facility.
