The project recon- <br /> structs the entire corridor, reducing paved surface: replaces raised medians <br /> with bioswales to provide for stormwater runoff treatment where none previ- <br /> ously existed: and utilizes existing infrastructure to the maximum extent prac- <br /> ticable. Requires coordination with landscape designer. roadway designer. <br /> City and Utility departments. and SJRWMD. <br /> Project Manager; Potable Water Wells Replacement, SECI—Responsible <br /> ' for the design and permitting for the replacement of three community potable <br /> water wells at the facility in Palatka. Florida. Includes substantial testing and <br /> monitoring services to comply with Department of Health and FDEP require- <br /> ments. <br /> Project Manager; Central Beach Phase II Utilities Replacement, <br /> UCNSB—Responsible for design and permitting for the replacement of water <br /> and sanitary sewer facilities in a 6-square-block-area in the Central Beach area <br /> of New Smyrna Beach. Florida. This project. in coordination with a storm- <br /> water/paving project, required replacement and upgrade of approximately <br /> 3.600 feet of water and sanitary sewer mains. and service connections. <br /> Project Manager; North Causeway Force Main, UCNSB—Responsible for <br /> design and permitting for the replacement of approximately 3.500 linear feet <br /> of an undersized force main. The design included a 1.600 foot. 20-inch hori- <br /> zontal directional drill across the intracoastal waterway in Volusia County. <br /> Florida. which necessitated very tight specifications and extensive contractor <br /> Opre-qualification requirements. <br /> Project Manager; Lake Helen Trails Project, City of Lake Helen— <br /> Responsible for the design. plans.and specifications of this Local Agency Par- <br /> ticipation-funded project for equestrian and pedestrian trails in Lake Helen. <br /> Florida.
