Mr. Manis has proven success in the oversight and direct delivery <br /> I of the design, permitting, cost preparation, and reporting in several different capacities of his <br /> project management positions. <br /> 1 --1 <br /> SFWMD Design Review, Florida - As part of a Design Review Team, which assists the SFWMD in <br /> Ireviewing all aspects of construction documents for ongoing design projects against the <br /> SFWMD Design Standards and best industry practices. Under this contract, Mr. Manis has <br /> reviewed, analyzed and critiqued design packages for major water control pump stations, <br /> Iminor pump stations, storage and treatment areas (STAB) and various other projects. <br /> Busch Drive Pump Station, Jacksonville, Florida - Project manager for the design, permitting <br /> I and construction related services for 685 I.f. of 8" and 10" gravity collection main extension, <br /> wastewater pump station to JEA standards, and 1318 I.f. of 4" force main to serve new <br /> developments within the (meson International Industrial Park. The project included phasing out <br /> I of an existing temporary lift station; utilizing portions an existing VC pipe gravity collection G <br /> system that belonged to JEA but had remained unused for over 30 years; construction of a new <br /> JEA standard pump station with SCADA interface; and, construction of a new 4" force main to <br /> I connect to an existing collection system. Television inspection and approval by JEA of the use <br /> of existing VC pipe was required. The design included specific plans to maintain wastewater <br /> service to an existing commercial bakery served by the temporary lift station. <br /> IBusch Drive Water Main, Jacksonville, Florida - Principal project manager responsible for <br /> preparing plans incorporating an 8" water service line to serve a future site while the proposed <br /> Busch Drive road widening was under construction. <br /> IAqua East Surf Shop Expansion, Jacksonville, Florida - Project manager responsible for the <br /> zoning variance application, design and permitting of this 10,800 sf expansion of retail space <br /> I situated on 1.29 acres in Jacksonville Beach.
