His <br /> duties included the following: <br /> I • Managed all aspects of the Traffic Concurrency Section. <br /> • Reviewed all traffic impact studies, master plans and site plans. <br /> I • Prepared, reviewed and approved work zone traffic control plans. <br /> • Reviewed and approved pavement marking and signage plans. <br /> • Reviewed and prepared traffic concurrency analysis for all land development and zoning <br /> Iapplications. <br /> • Developed and maintained various GIS and non-GIS based databases. <br /> I • Served as a member of the County' s Plat Committee, Developmental Impact Committee, <br /> Traffic Concurrency Committee and Shoreline Review Committee. <br /> • Developed graphical standards, a comprehensive procedures manual and training <br /> Iprograms. <br /> The team established for this project is grounded by solid leadership and proven communication skills, <br /> I with John P. Kim, P.E., PTOE as our Project Manager and R. Trent Ebersole, P.E. as Senior <br /> Professional/QA/QC. All of the individuals listed in this section have provided professional consulting <br /> services to public sector clients. The success of any project is highly based on effective communication. <br /> I We propose to utilize the skills of our senior leadership, with over 150 years of combined experience in <br /> multifaceted projects, which will provide the client with built-in, value-engineering techniques. <br /> I3.2 Proposed Key Personnel <br /> I In order to meet the requirements for the services requested in their Request for Qualifications, <br /> McMahon has assembled a highly diversified team of professionals with Transportation and Traffic <br /> Engineering experience to support our Project Manager, John P. Trent Ebersole, P.E., Senior Professional & QA/QC, has experience in transportation planning and <br /> I traffic engineering for private and public sector clients since 1989. He has provided comprehensive <br /> transportation consulting services for private sector clients in support of local and state land <br /> development processes. Public sector clients include local jurisdictions, Metropolitan Planning <br /> IOrganizations, Planning District Commissions, the FDOT the Virginia Department of Transportation, <br /> the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, the Federal Highway Administration, and the <br /> Army Corps of Engineers. <br /> Adam K. Maze, P.E., Senior Project Manager — Design, has been involved in the design of public <br /> I transportation facilities, since 1994. As our Design Section Leader, his current wealth of experience <br /> encompasses all aspects of.roadway design projects, from technical design issues to complex project <br /> management issues.
