Mr. Kim also acquired experience during his six years (1996-2002) with Miami-Dade County Public IWorks Department, serving as a Traffic Engineer and Special Administrator for Concurrency. His duties included the following: I • Managed all aspects of the Traffic Concurrency Section. • Reviewed all traffic impact studies, master plans and site plans. I • Prepared, reviewed and approved work zone traffic control plans. • Reviewed and approved pavement marking and signage plans. • Reviewed and prepared traffic concurrency analysis for all land development and zoning Iapplications. • Developed and maintained various GIS and non-GIS based databases. I • Served as a member of the County' s Plat Committee, Developmental Impact Committee, Traffic Concurrency Committee and Shoreline Review Committee. • Developed graphical standards, a comprehensive procedures manual and training Iprograms. The team established for this project is grounded by solid leadership and proven communication skills, I with John P. Kim, P.E., PTOE as our Project Manager and R. He has provided comprehensive transportation consulting services for private sector clients in support of local and state land development processes. Public sector clients include local jurisdictions, Metropolitan Planning IOrganizations, Planning District Commissions, the FDOT the Virginia Department of Transportation, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Army Corps of Engineers. Adam K. Maze, P.E., Senior Project Manager — Design, has been involved in the design of public I transportation facilities, since 1994. As our Design Section Leader, his current wealth of experience encompasses all aspects of.roadway design projects, from technical design issues to complex project management issues. Mr. Maze has achieved a high level of competence in the performance of his Iduties, which has enabled him to progress and transition into his project management role, dealing with both multiple clients/projects, as well as grow and mature the design group, and its skills.
