1 <br /> Continining Professional Arcleitectnral & Engineering Services 3.0 Staffing <br /> I , RFQ No. 12 01-02 <br /> Specifically, Mr. Maze draws from a vast array of experience including, but not limited to: pavement <br /> design; drainage analyses and design; geometric design; maintenance of traffic; lighting; signalization; <br /> specifications package preparation, and phase submittal preparation, as well as electronic delivery; and <br /> construction administration/engineering. <br /> To date, Mr. Maze has established and nurtured many productive working relationships with all of his <br /> clients. These proactive professional relationships form the basis of Mr. Maze's success in his day-to- <br /> day activities. Open lines of communication and constant interaction with the client have allowed for <br /> him to deliver quality products ahead of schedule and within budget for both FDOT, County and <br /> municipal governments. His overall level of technical proficiency, coupled with a solid project <br /> management foundation gives McMahon Associates the capability to provide an end-product that does <br /> not just meet, but exceeds the client's expectations. <br /> Natalia T. Lercari, P.E., Senior Project Engineer — Traffic, has significant transportation engineering <br /> ' experience for both public and private sector clients, since 2001. She currently provides transportation <br /> engineering services, such as travel demand forecasting; traffic signal warrant studies, interchange and <br /> intersection operational analyses; DRI studies; Interchange Justification Reports; corridor studies; <br /> simulation modeling; signal timings and traffic impact studies; and traffic operational analyses for <br /> various projects. In addition, and through her growth within our organization and with our clients, <br /> Ms. Lercari has elevated her experiences and, in fact, is a Project Manager on several municipal <br /> continuing services contracts. In this role, she manages the day-to-day activities, and individual task <br /> order assignments. <br /> Julio Alegre, P.E., Senior Project Engineer — Traffic, has experience in transportation planning and <br /> traffic engineering for private and public sector clients since 1997. His involvement has covered a wide <br /> range of public and private sector planning/engineering projects, which have included traffic access and <br /> circulation studies for major retail/commercial, industrial, office and institutional land uses; traffic impact <br /> 1 studies for various land use development applications, parking studies, roundabout evaluation, traffic <br /> safety studies, traffic signal warrant studies and preliminary design, signage design, as well as corridor <br /> development studies. He has been responsible for the management, client liaison and quality control <br /> ' elements on numerous District and Statewide projects for the FDOT, Maryland State Highway <br /> Administration (MDSHA), Delaware Department of Transportation (DeIDOT), Virginia Department of <br /> Transportation (VDOT), and the District of Columbia. <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> I AMCMAHON <br /> 3-3 <br />
