<br /> transportation planning and traffic needs, which included improving mobility through the beach area, relieving
<br /> engineering for private and public sector traffic congestion, improving traffic circulation, improving pedestrian and

<br /> services for private sector clients in support safety. The needs were identified through a progressive and comprehensive
<br /> planning process undertaken by the City of Deerfield Beach. The unique
