<br /> Senior Project Manager: Responsible for overseeing and QA/QC of the preparation of the traffic analyses, as a subconsultant, to
<br /> determine the traffic impacts of the redevelopment Master Plan for this U.S. highway. Duties also included evaluating and providing
<br /> IQA/QC and analyzing the existing land use data and proposed land use alternatives, and coordination with the partnering land use
<br /> planning firm. In addition to traffic impacts, safety enhancements were recommended, such as the conversion of the center undivided
<br /> two-way left-turn lane to a raised median, and controlled turning movement pattern. Mr. Ebersole also reviewed and provided QA/QC
<br /> of the traffic circulation study, due to the planned installation of the median, as traffic could be diverted to the adjacent neighboring
<br /> Istreets. A Master Plan was prepared for four (4) alternatives to determine constructability, as this was a pilot program supported by
<br /> the Downtown Fort Myers Redevelopment Authority, and included special designated land uses to create a medical office corridor,
<br /> which supported the Lee Memorial Hospital and was a context-sensitive access management design, adopted by the FDOT, as a safety
<br /> corridor improvement/enhancement project.

<br /> Project Manager: As the City Traffic Engineer/Consultant and Contract Liaison, responsible for performing various traffic operations
<br /> and planning projects. Traffic operations projects included signalized intersection qualitative assessments, one-way street circulation
<br /> evaluation, traffic data collection, and pedestrian crossing assessments and maintenance of traffic plans preparation. Planning
<br /> elements of the contract included the preparation of traffic concurrency impact studies for various sites and an update of the City's
<br /> Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan.

<br /> optimum locations for new parking facilities and opportunities to improve or increase existing parking supplies, within the entire
<br /> downtown area. Other responsibilities included assessing traffic performance measures for: transit availability and pedestrian/bicycle
<br /> connectivity to preferred parking facility sites.

<br /> Project Manager: Responsible for overseeing and directing the staff in the development of the transportation planning services for the
<br /> proposed relocation of a 3,000 employee textile/women's apparel manufacturing headquarters, at the City's Downtown Convention
<br /> ICenter. The study included traffic capacity and parking impact analyses of the new, approximately 115,000 square foot office
<br /> building, parking requirements on the first floor, including mixed-use attributes of the office building combined with an existing
<br /> convention center. The City's recently adopted redevelopment plan with "smart code"requirements guided the analysis.
