Years of Experience: SELECTED PROJECT EXPERIENCE 37+ Miami-Dade County GSA West Lot Multi-Use Facility Miami, Florida Education: JALRW is providing Fundamental LEED Commissioning Services for the GSA West National University of Lot Multi-Use Facility project. The project will serve as the future Parking Garage Cordoba,Argentina for the new Children's Courthouse Building. The facility will contain Bachelors of Science— Mechanical and approximately 324,000 sq. ft. of parking area distributed in 810 parking spaces on Electrical Engineering, 6 levels and 45,000 sq.ft.of office space on four floors, plus 10,000 sq. ft.of retail 1971 space on the Ground Floor. The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Mr. Avedano is the Registration: Commissioning Agent for this project. Construction Cost: $15,465,718.00 Professional Engineer • State of Florida-#42459 Multi-Purpose Municipal Parking Facility Miami Beach, Florida ProfessionalJALRW provided Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Design for this 300,000 square foot, 6-level, 550 parking space parking garage Associations: that includes a 35,000 square foot 5-story office liner. Mr. Avedano is the American Society of Mechanical Engineer of Record for the Fire Protection and Plumbing Systems for Plumbing Engineers, this project. Construction cost excluding tenant improvements: $15,300,000. National Fire Protection Association,American Memorial Hospital Parking Garage Society of Heating, Broword County, Florida Refrigerating&Air JALRW provided the Mechanical Ventilation, Lighting, Power Distribution and Conditioning Engineers Drainage for this Six Story Parking Garage which has provisions for 1,458 Parking Spaces. This Garage also has an Air Conditioned Office and Restroom Facilities, for which we provided the Engineering Design. Construction Mr. Avedano was a member of the Mechanical Engineering team for this project. Cost: $10,000,000. Vista Center-Municipal Office Building Palm Beach County, Florida JALRW provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services, including Tenant Fit out of Office Spaces for this new facility for Palm Beach County. This 251,000 square foot, multi-level office building, with a 900-car parking structure, is City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 12-04-02 /56
