<br /> AP), U.S. Green Building Miami, FL. Mr. Warmington served as lead architect for this facility master plan,which
<br /> included site consolidation of selected city maintenance functions involved a study directed
<br /> Council (USGBC) at determining the space needs of the units proposed for assignment to the site, followed by
<br /> development of a master plan for a city operations center. This plan was developed through
<br /> 1 Honors and Awards determination of the present and future space requirements of the included departments,
<br /> 2nd Place, Brickell Promenade delineation of the functional needs and adjacencies of the included departments', development
<br /> Design Competition, of a space massing concept based on the functional adjacencies and necessary site flow
<br /> University of Miami, Florida patterns; delineation of a site plan concept; and delineation of an implementation action plan
<br /> IHonorable Mention, Historic and capital improvement budget.
<br /> American Building Survey, Motor Pool Maintenance Shop, City of Miami, FL.As lead architect, Mr. Warmington
<br /> Philadelphia, Pennsylvania managed complete A-E design services for a two-story, 29,000-sf vehicle maintenance and
<br /> I Professional Affiliations communications repair facility with administration offices and stock rooms for the City of
<br /> Miami's Public Works Department. The L-shaped building is located within the city's general
<br /> American Institute of services administration facility site and is shared with the police, fire, solid waste, parks and
<br /> Architects(AIA) recreation, and public works departments.
<br /> IIJamaican Institute of City Hall Addition and Renovations, City of Miami Springs, FL. Mr Warmington served
<br /> Architects(11A) as lead architect responsible for architectural design and production for city hall facility addition
<br /> National Organization of and renovations to house city administration offices, fire department, and police department.
<br /> Minority Architects(NOMA) Senior Center Addition and Renovations, City of Miami Springs, FL. Mr Warmington
<br /> served as lead architect responsible for architectural design and production for the senior center
<br /> facility addition and renovations for administrative offices and new Americans with Disabilities
<br /> I Act (ADA)restrooms.

<br /> Warmington served as lead architect responsible for architectural design and production for the
