Project manager for the urban design and aesthetic <br /> treatments for this key arterial intersection improvement in Casselberry. Coordinated design <br /> development with FDOT and the city of Casselberry. Project activities include urban design <br /> concepts, logo implementation, landscape design, bridge aesthetics, and public involvement. <br /> Maitland Ridgewood, Maitland, FL. Project manager for development of urban design <br /> and streetscape improvements for this residential neighborhood in historic Maitland, Florida. <br /> Efforts included conceptual design, cost estimation, construction documents, construction <br /> administration, and public involvement. <br /> Dyer Boulevard Park, Palm Beach County, FL. Directed the project team in the <br /> development of construction plans for a 445-acre community park in Palm Beach County. This <br /> park, owned by the Solid Waste Authority, contains three landfill cells ranging in size from <br /> 43 acres to 90 acres that wrap around a flat central core area. This core is the location for <br /> the park's active recreational facilities and structures. One landfill cell is devoted to mountain <br /> bicycling activities which connect to an extensive internal bikeway system. This system will <br /> ultimately link with a countywide bikeway network.A concession building is planned to <br /> accommodate the anticipated park attendees who might wish to rent equipment for cycling, <br /> rollerblading, and boating. <br /> Jupiter Riverwalk, Town of Jupiter, FL. Project manager and design team leader for <br /> programming, master planning, and construction documents for this 2.5-mile riverwalk, multi- <br /> use trail project. Located along the Intracoastal Waterway, the riverwalk will provide access <br /> to the waterfront and interlink commercial redevelopment along the US 1 corridor. Public <br /> workshops to determine alignments and theming alternatives were key to obtaining public <br /> support for this project. <br /> Port of St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg, FL. The Port of St. Petersburg is planned as an <br /> a integral part of St. Petersburg's city-owned waterfront. The master plan provides improved <br /> terminal facilities, streetscape improvements, port-of-call facilities, dock and retail facilities, and <br /> the integration of the port with other transportation network systems on a regional basis to <br /> establish an "intermodal" transportation hub in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.
