Coordinating and instituting a submittal and shop drawing, submission and approval process.
4. Coordinating site visits and inspections with the client/contractor.
5. Coordination for attendance of construction weekly meetings (if required by client or
contractor).
6. "Migration" also includes successfully closing out the project at the time of construction
completion. These items include:
a. Oversee final inspections
b. Approval of close-out documents such as warranties and manuals of operation.
c. Assist the client and contractor with obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy if
applicable.
d. Coordinate with the contractor in order to provide the required as-builts.
e. Provide other assistance to the contractor as may be needed.
BUILD
'Build" is the only process that we have no control over but have included it in the "Method Sphere'
as the ultimate last step in the standard progression of the design process.
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
RFQ NO. 12-04-02
111
