The delivery of its services is custom tailored to meet the specific <br /> project needs of its clients. Upon selection as the Architect to render services for the City of Sunny <br /> Isles Beach, DYI will meet with representatives of the City to better understand the scope, objectives. <br /> budget, and schedule for the projects and determine project management procedures acceptable to the <br /> City. <br /> Upon receipt of a notice to proceed. We will perform the following services in accordance with the <br /> Scope of Work outlined in the RFQ: <br /> I. Provide full scope professional services in Architectural, Environmental Graphics Design, <br /> LEED, Landscape Architectural. Civil. Environmental, Transportation. Structural, <br /> Mechanical, Electrical, <br /> 2. Plumbing. Fire Protection Engineering, in programming, schematic design, design <br /> development, construction document, bid and permit, and construction administration phase. <br /> 3. Attend meetings and workshops with stakeholders including city officials, neighborhood <br /> groups, businesses, and private citizens to understand and prioritize the objectives of the <br /> project including, but not limited to, defining a program, design, functional spatial needs, <br /> budget and schedule. <br /> 4. Identify objectives of branding, identity and imagery to be projected by the design of the <br /> project in conjunction with the neighborhood and the community at large. <br /> 5. Identify potential design opportunities that will enhance the quality of spatial experience for <br /> its users in "making a place." Determine how to best and fully utilize the potential of the <br /> Bproperty through value-added design. <br /> 6. Translate the vision of the CRA into a meaningful and functional architectural solution. <br /> Provide design options for an appropriate identity of a destination for the City of Fort <br /> Lauderdale. <br /> 7. Provide design solutions that take into consideration the proposed development at the <br /> Oceanside Parking Lot, intermodal circulation and pedestrian connectivity, a symbolic focal <br /> point and welcome center to the Fort Lauderdale Beach and a festive and celebrated <br /> connection between Las Olas Boulevard and AIA. <br /> 111 8. Provide design solutions that are consistent with a budget. Incorporate appropriate materials <br /> and systems for the proper function of the project in conjunction with construction and <br /> operating costs. <br /> 9.
