This 28,000 sq.ft.retail/office space and 1 a rental units <br /> • <br /> cost $3.4 million to develop. <br /> • <br /> • Ramada Inn,Chattanooga,Tennessee-Project Manager for four-story.200-room hotel with restaurant <br /> • and conference center.This 92.000-sf project was built for$7.1 million, including interior finishes but <br /> excluding furniture. <br /> • <br /> • Plaza Hotel, Daytona Beach, Florida - Project Manoger for this multi-level and multi-functional <br /> • renovation and improvement: to revitalize the beach strip and old hotel, including public <br /> spaces, restaurants, corridors, party rooms, penthouse suites, pool terrace and entrance. <br /> • Construction documents included coordination of new A/C system and electrical wiring <br /> • upgrade. Budget was$8.2 million. <br /> • Pelican Pub Restaurant, Pompano Beach, Florida - Project Manager.responsible for site plan and <br /> construction management of unique restaurant. Over five years, converted an original marina/ <br /> • showroom and dry boat storage facility into a restaurant, going from wood deck-and-chickee- <br /> • roof patio bar to on 18,000-sf. full-service restaurant rated highly for food and atmosphere. <br /> • Construction was$2.5 million. <br /> • Pompano Fishing Pier,Pompano Beach,Florida-Architectural Designer.Site Planner and Project <br /> • Manager for combination fishing pier/retail/restaurant and public facility complex. This public/ <br /> • private development increased the project's scope and introduced a new concept.The project <br /> included a 6,500-sf restaurant.2.600-sf terrace and exterior 3,000-sf restrooms,5,000-sf retail shops <br /> • and 1,200-sf administrative offices. Construction value was$1.98 million. <br /> • <br /> • Pal's Cabin,West Orange,New Jersey-Co-Architectural Designer and Project Manager for intensive <br /> facelift of existing restaurant facilities that hod accumulated more than 50 years of sporadic <br /> • additions. The new building shell was designed and built over the original building.
