The project involves the construction of pedestrian and <br /> bicycle paths with pedestrian friendly lighting, landscaping/hardscaping and way finding signage. The <br /> • professional services included surveying, civil paving, grading and drainage design, electrical lighting and <br /> • pump engineering design, landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping, public involvement during design, permitting, <br /> ® bidding, and construction phase services. <br /> • Royal Oaks Park, Miami Lakes, FL— Served as project manager for the second phase of this 20-acre sports <br /> complex for the Town of Miami Lakes. This $5.1-million soccer/football facility is the largest public works <br /> • project ever undertaken by the Town. Phase one, completed in 2005, includes four lighted soccer/football <br /> • fields, a playground, a concession/restroom building, parking, perimeter berm, fencing, landscaping/irrigation, <br /> ® a jogging trail, and a tot lot. Phase Two includes a LEED® Silver certified community center, additional <br /> parking, and additional landscaping. <br /> ® Floranada Business Development Stormwater Improvements, Oakland Park, FL— Project manager for the <br /> design and construction the Floranada Business Development (FBD) and NE 6th Terrace Drainage Project. <br /> ® The project involved the installation of three stormwater pumping stations. The pump stations will deliver <br /> stormwater via drainage force mains to three proposed Biscayne Aquifer Wells. The project also involved the <br /> connection and upsizing of antiquated drainage systems and construction of exfiltration trenches within the <br /> 0 FBD. Professional services included stormwater analysis, civil, and electrical engineering design, permitting, <br /> ® and construction phase services. <br /> • Continuing Engineering Services, Miramar, FL— Kimley-Horn has a contract to provide continuing <br /> ® professional planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and traffic engineering services. Through this <br /> ® agreement, we have reviewed site plans and traffic studies for compliance with City codes and ordinances. <br /> Work has also included attending DRC meetings for resolution of comments and concerns.
