CO RPORATECOACHES <br /> Florida's Leading Transportation Provider <br /> TAB 11- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I DOCUMENTS <br /> Frequency and levels of inspections <br /> Annual Inspections: Our company policy towards annual inspections is that all coaches get a safety check where key <br /> components will be inspected before the coach is dispatched for the next trip. Every scheduled P.M. also is an in depth <br /> inspection. Annual inspections are done in conjunction with Bi-Annual and scheduled maintenance inspections at 30,000 <br /> miles.This is equivalent to an annual inspection in that it requires an in depth inspection totaling 40 man hour <br /> Does your company or contractor employ Automotive Services of Excellence (ASE) <br /> heavy-duty truck and bus certified mechanics?Are minimum areas of certification <br /> required? (i.e., brake certification for inspection personnel) <br /> 1) ABC Companies employs A.S.E. certified mechanics for heavy-duty truck and bus servicing. Inspection personnel <br /> and contracted inspectors are required to meet qualifications in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations Part <br /> 396.19 for conducting inspections. <br /> See Section 4.4.1.14 <br /> 2) Our fleet manager was formerly the Head fleet supervisor for Plantation Ford for 19 years. Our mechanic is a <br /> retired US Army National Guardsman with over 50 certifications, and was responsible for all National Guard <br /> Depositories in Southeastern United States. The assistant mechanic also has over 15 years of experience in the <br /> motorcoach industry. Our brake systems are inspected in-house but repaired by certified mechanics at ABC <br /> Companies,or Boulevard Tires, Central tires. <br /> See Section 4.4.1.12 <br /> Maintenance Department Staffing Guidelines: <br /> Diagnose, maintain and repair company and customer vehicles. <br /> • Work with the fleet manager, shift foreman and dispatch in order to ensure customer's needs are met. <br /> • Maintenance of gasoline and diesel powered coaches and buses. <br /> • Use fleet maintenance computer program to enter all work orders and assign parts used. . <br /> • Make needed repairs in a timely and efficient manner to reduce breakdowns and costs. <br /> • Individual reports to the fleet manager and or shift foreman. <br /> • Maintain all company equipment to company standards. <br /> • Enters all work performed and parts used in computer system. <br /> • Work together with fleet manager and dispatch to facilitate repairs in a timely manner in order to meet customer and <br /> dispatcher's equipment needs <br /> Corporate Coaches Inc. 14500 South State Road 7 I Ft.
