Traffic analysis must be based on 349 apart/hotel units as this is the number the City <br />has been able to verify and not 210 Condo and 210 Hotel units. Miami-Dade Property <br />Appraisal only recognized 340 units and the Department of Business and Professional <br />Regulation does not show a hotel license for this location. Traffic Report should be <br />amended to reflect a maximum unit count of 349 units. If applicant has additional <br />information please provide to the City. Additional traffic comments are forthcoming <br />after Applicant address this issue. <br />RESPONSE: Confirmation in progress. <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING REVIEW <br />1. Drawing No. A-0.100.00 - Please provide the drive aisle widths for all drive aisles. Also <br />provide the drive aisle width at the pinch points on the easternmost north-south drive <br />aisle. <br />RESPONSE: A-0.100.00 has been updated with the drive aisle widths for all drive <br />aisles. <br /> <br />2. Drawing No. A-0.100.00 - Please provide AutoTurn analysis for a garbage truck <br />accessing Basement Level B1. <br />RESPONSE: Drawing has been updated with Auto Turn analysis for a garbage truck. <br /> <br />3. Drawing No. A-0.100.00 - What is the design vehicle depicted on this sheet? Were the <br />turning movements generated using AutoTurn? <br />RESPONSE: The Updated Vehicle is a Heil DuraPack 5000 Refuse Collection Truck. <br /> <br />4. Drawing No. A-0.100.00 - Consideration should be given to eliminating some of the <br />parking spaces adjacent to walls as there will be difficulty in parking and backing out <br />vehicles from these spaces. <br />RESPONSE: Sufficient back up space will be provided to minimized difficulty.
