The system must maintain all data for inactive employees indefinitely; if <br /> archiving is required, details must be provided. <br /> IntelliTime Response: Yes, all data for inactive employees can be retained for <br /> viewing/reporting indefinitely at no additional cost to the City. Our system includes an <br /> Auto-Archiving feature that migrates older employee data to historical tables on a City- <br /> defined schedule, typically all data more than 1 year in the past. This maintains <br /> optimum system performance in the production tables, and all historical data remains <br /> accessible for viewing/reporting indefinitely. <br /> 3.3.12.
