These can include Time Clocks, Interactive Voice Response <br /> (IVR) Telephone timekeeping, Mobile Laptops, Hand Held Computers or Kiosk shared <br /> use computers. <br /> ® At the conclusion of the Discovery Consulting Phase we prepare several documents for <br /> review by the Client Project Manager. These include: <br /> • System Configuration and Test Plan Table of Contents — This document, when <br /> completed is typically 100-150 pages in length and includes fully documented <br /> scheduling and timekeeping use cases and interfaces. <br /> • Detailed Project Work Plan — The Discovery Consulting phase has identified all <br /> of the scheduling and timekeeping use cases and the professional services to <br /> configure test and document these configurations and install at the City. <br /> C• Fit-Gap Analysis — This identifies any customizations that may be required to <br /> support timekeeping use cases that are not configurable from the baseline <br /> version of IntelliTime. A complete line item budget is included for each item. <br /> Training Plan — Describes the recommended process for training. Takes into <br /> account operational requirements such as customer service locations where the <br /> ' This is often an overlooked step when clients attempt to write a detailed requirements document for an <br /> RFP prior to involving the vendor. In past projects we have found hundreds of cases where the bargaining <br /> agreement and policy manual states one specific procedure but we find by talking to the field staff that in <br /> fact the actual practice is completely different and represents the proper policy.
